Pick the games

Tick which games sit on the wheel, and how many slices.

Not official. I am not your 선배.

Stuck? open this.

Spin once. Read the soju game. Play that. The soju bottle stays on the table. I am not there.

Hobby page for soju table games. Entertainment, not a class. I am not teaching you to drink more. Water, soda, or skip a turn is fine. Not official.

First spin lands on 3-6-9. Clap on 3, 6, 9. Someone says “six” out loud. They are out this round. Next spin if you want.

How the booth works

Spin once. Read the soju game name and the Hangul.

Follow People, Props, Start, and the 1-2-3 on the card.

Who is out this round, or who takes the turn, is on the card. That is the bit.

Want a different fight? Spin again, or open Pick the games and rebuild the wheel.

A few soju games you will meet

Titanic — little glass floats in a tall one. Small pours into the floater. When it sinks, that person takes the turn.

Bunny Bunny — one bunny, two carrot neighbors on the beat. Miss the word or the hands and you are out this round.

Nunchi — count to the number of people at the table. Same number twice, or the last number, and that person is out this round.

3-6-9 — count around the booth. Clap on 3, 6, or 9. Say it when you should clap and you are out this round.

High-Low — number inside a soju cap, 1 to 50. Thumb down if you went high, thumb up if you went low. Exact number is out this round.

007 Bang — zero, zero, seven, then bang on the beat. Miss the count or freeze and you are out this round.

APT — stack hands, count from the bottom, call a floor. That hand’s person is out this round.

Bottle Cap — flick the tail on a soju cap. Lock the house rule first. Whoever it points at, or whoever drops it, is out this round.

Why the wheel names a game, not a person

A soju table stalls when nobody wants to pick the next game. This page names the soju game. It does not point at who takes a sip. You read the move, then the table plays that. Water, soda, or a skipped turn is fine. I do not pour. I do not keep score of how much anyone had. Local law wins. 18+ only. Kids stay off this booth. Any bottle on the table works. The wheel is which-game, not who-does-what-with-a-glass.

This page is soju table games. You sit at a soju table, spin the wheel, and I name the soju game. You read the English move on the card and the booth plays that. I do not pour. I do not keep a tally of glasses. Water, soda, or a skipped turn still counts as playing. Local law wins. 18+ only.

The wheel is which-game, not who-does-what-with-a-glass. Rules drift from booth to booth. What you get here is the short version I kept hearing, not a company rulebook. Any bottle on the table works. I do not sell soju.

Bottles you’ll see at the table

At a soju table you keep seeing the same labels. Jinro Chamisul (참이슬). Saero (새로). Chum Churum. Soonhari. Those are bottles on the table, not a shop list. The games work with any bottle. I do not sell soju.

Is this for kids?
No. 18+ only. This is an adult soju table. If you are under 18, the dry sister wheels are next door. I do not run a kids page.
Do I need a certain bottle?
No. Jinro, Saero, whatever is sitting there. The games care about the move, not the brand. I am not a liquor shop.
Does the spin pick who has to take a sip?
No. It picks the soju game. Out this round, or takes the turn, is the result. Water or a skip still counts as playing.
What if nobody at the table knows Korean?
Read the English move on the card and do that. Table rules drift. This is the short version I kept hearing, not a rulebook from a company.
Is this a who-drinks wheel?
No. It names a soju game and the move. Who takes the turn, or who is out this round. I do not pour.
Do I have to drink?
No. Swap the turn for water, a dare, or sit out. Local law wins.
Are the rules official?
No. Soju table rules drift. This is the short version I kept hearing.
Can I change the wheel?
Yes. Pick the games. Set how many slices.
Dry Korea wheels?
Hangul, names, age, food, BBQ: https://www.koreaspinner.com/ — sister site. Not this page.
Do I need to click an ad?
No. Ads may show. I never ask you to click them.
Do you keep score of how much anyone had?
No. Out this round or takes the turn is the only result I care about.
What if we have no soju glasses?
Some games need a tall glass and a little one, or a cap. Others are hands and voices only. Read Props on the card. Skip a game if the booth cannot run it.
What if nobody speaks Korean?
Play from the English move. Hangul on the card is a label, not a test.
Can I remove games I hate?
Yes. Pick the games. Set how many slices. Back to the usual 10 whenever you want.
Where are the dry Korea wheels?
